Encourage Global Workers

We recognize the necessity of supporting cross-cultural professionals as they continue to serve in varied contexts throughout Africa. We are especially conscious of the specific soul care and spiritual formation needs faced by cross-cultural professionals and of color. We plan and provide continuing assistance to cross-cultural professionals of color so that they can continue to be effective in their life-giving ministries.

Cyrene Connect provides this through:

• Increasing resilience of cross-cultural workers of color through soul care and spiritual formation services.
• Development of regional Spiritual Renewal Conference for cross-cultural workers of color in partnership with Tapestry Soul Care and CYARA Rest Haven.
• Networking with African diaspora counseling practitioners both in North America and Africa.
